Long wait, forgot dressing for salad, burger was good thou

It was quick visit got food then drove off

The food is really good and it’s Quick if your on the road or if your to tired from working

They were amazing and very nice people. I would totally go back there. They have very amazing customer service.

Wasn't happy had to use drive thru and eat outside but food was good.

Drive through was very thorough and patient

New layout is nice. The new soda machines have some creative options. The restaurant is very sleek and modern-looking now.

The best place to get a fast food burger in my opinion. Far better than any McDonald's.

If you are doing skip its superslow as well as i also bought french fries from here at around 9 pm it was super dead fries.

It's just a Wendy's but as far as Wendy's go it's pretty good. I come here semi-regularly as Wendy's is my fast food guilty pleasure. The drive through is always fast and I always get exaxtly what I order. They never mess up little changes or special requests. The food is always hot and fresh. The staff are friendly and polite. The inside is kept clean.

Pretty good service. The place is updated to match industry standards. They don't allow refills or the use of 2 coupons even for big families.

Best Wendy's I have ever been to. Expert service and beyond expectations for how I was treated at a drive through at a fast food place.

Love the veggie burger

My order was filled correctly this time, and even got napkins and straws. On top of all that it was very quickly done.

Nice friendly environment with great staff and the soft drink machines are the best I've ever used. There's so many options of any drink you want and some you didn't know about. The asiago chicken ranch sandwich is by far the best chicken sandwich I town.

Wendy's has always been among my favorite 'franchise - fastfood' restaurants. Burgers and toppings are always fresh. French fries are great. Very modern, fast and friendly service. Parking structure with wheelchair access and parking.Drive thru and everything

The store was clean, the staff was helpful and diligent. Bathrooms were also clean. Overall great food and experience.

We took our grandson here for his 9th birthday. He was over the moon that they got his order perfect.😍

I love the baconators, staff is goood, lots of space to sit. Machines for pop hardly worked last week though

Wendy's has very good food for very reasonable prices. The restaurant looks wonderful since all the renovations have been done and it's one of the cleanest fast food restaurants. Good job to management and to all the staff.

Love current promotion for the great deal and being able to redeem the coupons more than once.We were also thanked at the end of our meal for a portion of our meal was being donated to our local university ringettes. Nice.

Long line handled as fast as possible

Not bad for a fast-food chain but the customer service is often inadequate and viewable as being hostile.

New look on the inside. Low and yet accessable seating. Modern look, which was something I long waited for over the dated interior. Pop machines are fun to use and lots of choices.

This used to be my favourite wendys. I loved the outdated atmosphere, it was cozy and nice, and had the fastest service in the Bay. Now that they have renovated, they got rid of the carpet, added new everything and changed the whole atmosphere, it feels too industrial. Since they also changed the kitchen equipment, i believe they changed it for the worse. The service is now painfully slow. Sincerely, Disappointed

Giving it 1 star for today as i love wendys. But just spent half hour from standing in line waiting to order to getting my food. To just get home and find out theres 2 burgers in my bag instead of 2 chicken burgers. Now my husband has had to go back out to wendys to get the right food. This isint fair for their mix up have to waste time and gas to go back. Should never have happen in the first place.

It's a Wendy's. Clean, good spicy chicken. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

Wendys accepts Canadian Money. A big plus in this time of pandemic where chains like Tim Hortons and A&W illegally refuse Canadian money and claim safety of their employees as the underlying reason, when protective gear is readily available for purchase by said companies so really, they're cheapskating their way out... To Identify Proper Service....TIPS. of which those companies will get sweet frak all for their lack of service, lack of customer service and general ineptitude. If there was a 0 star rating i would give it that even though it deserves a black hole rating.

Went to see how the renovations went. It looks 100% better BUT...the big screen TV shows the time on a black screen. That's it? No cable? The faux fireplace was not turned on either. They redid the restaurant a month or 2 ago, but it's like they still aren't ready to open. And the worst part? The pop had a wierd taste. I tried diet coke, regular coke, even fanta cherry, but it had a sour tiny taste I've only experienced with it of date cans previously. I'm not sure why, it seemed like it was new equipment, and nobody knew how it really worked. The meals were better quality than they had been previously, but it wasnt pleasant with nothing to drink.

Always fast service, even at lunch time.

Decent place. Pretty much what you would expect at any Wendy's.
